Mr. Phillip Tarpley called the meeting to order and led the Pledge of Allegiance; Mrs. Nikki Callaway delivered the invocation. The minutes record that all members were present except for Mr. Lee McKellar.
The agenda included an Open Forum, which recorded no public comments, and a presentation of the 2025-2026 Budget and Tax Rate by Mr. Jimmie Dobbs.
