The board unanimously approved a comprehensive consent agenda that bundled routine and operational items. Motion to approve the consent agenda was made by Chris Neighbors and seconded by Kristi Hargrove; the motion carried 6-0.
Items in the consent agenda included minutes of previous meetings; tax collection and cash position reports; finance summary and budget amendments; purchases over $50,000 (including district vehicles and bus equipment); bond status and enrollment reports; acceptance of donations; monthly police reports; consideration of adult meal prices for 2025-26; an adjunct faculty agreement with AgriLife Extension-Williamson County including a resolution for extracurricular status of 4-H; a joint election agreement with Williamson County; TTESS appraisers for 2025-26; a virtual homebound waiver; and approvals for additional off-campus PE substitutions for the 2025-2026 school year.
