You decide the picture that was up there," Olmette told board members, describing how the dashboard can update messages without replacing physical tags. After discussion about privacy, AI options, and administration, the board authorized executing an agreement with Hertel and asked the presenter to return with a phased rollout plan. The board recorded the introductory price at about $2,988 for the first year as discussed during the meeting.
