Items approved on the consent agenda included minutes from June 1 and June 9, a budget amendment, notification of professional personnel resignations and selections, and approval of innovative courses listed as Disaster Response, Emergency Medical Technician Basic, General Employability Skills and Kinesiology 1. The board also confirmed appraisers and alternate appraisers for the Texas Teacher Evaluation and Support System (T-TESS) and completed the first reading of board policy update 127 affecting local policies.
