Kevin Telchik moved to approve the two sets of minutes and Ron Mann seconded; the motion passed by a 5-0 vote. Later in the meeting Rebecca H. Gonzales moved to approve the financial report, seconded by Kevin Telchik; that motion also passed 5-0. The minutes record those approvals occurring before Trustee Cindy Martinez arrived at 5:24 p.m.
No fiscal details or line-item changes were included in the minutes for that meeting; the financial report was presented and approved as a package item. The board then proceeded to other agenda items, including the superintendent's report and personnel and policy matters.
