The Planning Board approved restamping maps for a boundary line adjustment between parcels at 591 and 595 NYS Route 217 after William Roberts said the previously approved 2021 adjustment was not filed in time. Roberts supplied updated maps and paid the $150 restamping fee; the board accepted the maps with no changes.
Virginia Ambrose moved to accept and restamp the maps and Morgan Klima seconded; all board members voted in favor. The action restores the previously approved lot configuration pending the applicant’s filing with county recording offices.
