The chair conducted votes by voice; the record shows one abstention was recorded on the March 18 minutes and the chair announced the motion passed for the other minutes.
Chair Debbie Davis also noted that there were nine administrative approvals handled outside the public agenda and that documents about those administrative approvals are posted on the Commission’s website for public inspection. "Motion passes," was said as the Commission completed the minutes approvals.
