Supervisor William Griffin reported he researched the TextMyGov messaging platform and concluded the cost was excessive for the town's needs; after discussion the board decided not to adopt the system. The exchange was recorded during the correspondence portion of the Feb. 11 meeting.
The board voted to release annual donation funds to both the Clifton Fine Senior Citizens (motion by Brett Blackmer, second by Mary Zuhlsdorf) and the American Legion for cemetery flags (motion by John Russell, second by Mary Zuhlsdorf). Both motions passed unanimously (Ayes 5, Noes 0).
