Board adopts multiple local policy revisions including FD(LOCAL)

The board took several policy actions at the July 21 meeting. Kevin Grimm moved to adopt local policy revisions to FDA, FM, and GKD; John Allen Slocomb seconded and the motion carried 6–0. Separately, Mandi Pipes moved to adopt the revised FD(LOCAL); Megan Rowe seconded and the motion carried 6–0.
Trustee Steven Grimm moved to add, revise, and delete local policies in accordance with changes discussed in the policy review session; John Allen Slocomb seconded and the motion passed 6–0. The minutes record the actions and vote tallies but do not include the full text of the policy changes; the district’s policy documents should reflect the final language.
