The Livingston Independent School District Board of Trustees approved term and probationary contract employees as presented for the 2026–2027 school year at its April 27 Action Meeting.
Trustee John Allen Slocomb made the motion to approve the contracts, and Trustee Steven Grimm seconded. The motion was adopted 6-0; the minutes list Aye votes from Board President Andrew Boyce, Trustees Kevin Grimm and Bea Ellis, Secretary Megan Rowe, John Allen Slocomb and Steven Grimm. The approval followed a closed session earlier in the meeting; the minutes record the board reconvened at 8:59 p.m. and then took the vote.
