Finance director: utilities up $667 year-over-year; budget amendment for weight room expected

Finance Director Jessica Reiter told the board the district's utility usage was up $667 from the same time last year and that she is "starting to work on the 26/27 School Year budget." Reiter told the board the district should be running at approximately 67% of anticipated budget through the end of March.
Reiter said she will need to propose a budget amendment to move the new weight room from function 36 to function 81 and that she was waiting to propose the amendment until construction of the weight room is nearer completion. She also noted some functions are running slightly over budget year-to-date and that she will review and propose amendments if needed.
