Trustees reviewed the packet; the minutes record the review but do not show a final vote on individual policy adoptions at that meeting. Further administrative work will be needed to localize and adopt policy language in subsequent meetings.
The review is informational and consistent with regular policy-update procedures; trustees did not adopt changes as board policy during the Nov. 17 meeting.
