Road and Bridge Foreman Mike Reasoner reported several operational items to the commission on Feb. 17, 2026, including repairs and upcoming construction work. He said the ice maker in the Diner kitchen has been unplugged after a leak and that a water heater at the Diner needs a pop-off valve replacement; he also requested warranty information on the Mower Max mower.
Reasoner reported the crew will "be pouring the deck of the bridge located on 1525 Road between Veteran Road, (BB Highway), and N Highway in Sections 17 and 18 in Drywood Township on Wednesday, with the bridge expected to be finished next week," and that mowing in Center Township will require two days. He also recommended adding a bridge on 1300 Road, 0.2 mile south of Indian Line Road and north of James Road, to the county's inventory.
