The change was presented as an informational update and trustees did not take separate action on the policy at the April 21 meeting. The out-of-district transfer item was also included on the consent agenda and related transfer approvals were part of personnel and student considerations shown in the meeting packet.
Staff will continue to evaluate applications according to the stated criteria and accept students where capacity allows.
