For the arena alarm, William Griffin moved to accept the CREG Systems proposal and Mary Zuhlsdorf seconded; that motion also passed unanimously.
These approvals followed a review of correspondence and were recorded under correspondence and new business. The minutes do not include contract documents beyond the vendor names and estimates; the Town Clerk or Bookkeeper will retain the bids and execute next steps for payment and scheduling.
