Merkel ISD board approves CMAR recommendation, authorizes superintendent to negotiate

The motion authorizes district leadership to negotiate terms with the selected contractor as the board proceeds with pending construction projects and any associated bond procurement or project design steps. The minutes record no additional conditions or amendments to the authorization.
