Separately, the board approved a budget amendment after discussion. Trustee Blane Nash moved the amendment, Trustee Ben Juarez seconded it, and the minutes record that "All of the Board Members voted for and the Motion passed." The minutes do not include detailed dollar amounts for the budget amendment in the text; the board received the district financial statements and Bond 2023/2024 capital projects reports during the meeting.
