Dr. Alicia Noyola said "administration was recommending approval of the audit report as presented." Trustee Rachel Trevino moved to approve the audit and Trustee Oscar Hernandez seconded; all voting members present supported the motion. The approval completes the district's annual external review for the 2024—025 fiscal year and places the audit on record for state reporting and internal follow-up.
The auditor's presentation included the district's financial statements and related notes for the period ending Aug. 31, 2025; specific audit findings and recommendations were presented to the board during the meeting. The board did not record any separate dissent or request additional action beyond accepting the report.
