After a night of technical questions and public comment, the Mendon Planning Board adjourned without recording final approvals. Members said they wanted to see revised grading, drainage and construction‑sequence drawings before considering motions.
Staff and a committee member said meeting minutes and MRB comments would be forwarded to the town board so that the town could, at its discretion, submit comments to the village or take other advisory steps. The board reiterated that anything affecting shared services should be coordinated with the town attorney and that General Municipal Law §239 notice procedures apply when projects border neighboring jurisdictions.
