The resolution text references House File 2490, signed by Governor Kim Reynolds on May 15, 2026. The board recorded the adoption with signatures and an attestation by Lucas County Auditor Julie L. Masters. The action was adopted unanimously and will be the county's formal public‑notice practice going forward.
