Audit presentation and the DOI renewal were listed under action items; the minutes record Leigh Anne Ramsay moving acceptance of the audit with Lynda Baird seconding. Cathy Lawrence-Robinson moved the DOI renewal, seconded by Lynda Baird. The minutes do not record substantive debate or dissent on either item.
