Board approves consent items and accepts April financial reports

Trustee Dr. Heather Hester moved approval and Trustee Shelby Humphrey seconded; the motion carried 7-0.
The board reviewed the bill payment list for April as an information item; no vote was recorded for the bill list beyond presentation. These items were recorded under Consent Items (XI) and the bill list appears in the minutes as a separate information item under agenda item X.
