The motion to approve the purchase and implementation passed on a motion by Gary Boshears, seconded by Mandy McCary with all board members recorded as voting in favor. The minutes state the change in system is intended to reduce manual processes and assist with regulatory compliance.
District staff will proceed with implementation activities and timelines to transition to the new platform before July 1, 2026.
