Board approves fuel and propane bids, adopts prevailing wage statement, and OKs DAEP interlocal agreements
Summary

The Board accepted a bid from On Site Fuels dba Schmidt & Sons for motor fuel priced at $0.37 per gallon over the OPIS price at the time of order, and awarded propane service to Dynasty Enterprises LLC at $0.50 per gallon over the OPIS RACK price. Trustees also approved DAEP (Disciplinary Alternative Education Program) interlocal agreements with Nordheim ISD, Stockdale ISD and Pawnee ISD to provide shared services for students requiring DAEP placement. In addition, the Board adopted a Prevailing Wage Rate statement for upcoming construction projects; the minutes record the motion and unanimous approval but do not include the specific prevailing wage table.
