Nicole Raska moved to approve the minutes from the May 18, 2026 regular meeting and to accept the district's financial, investment and tax collection reports; Will Klatt seconded. The motion carried 6-0 with the recorded yes votes of Zulema Gonzalez, Randall Eulenfeld, Erika Hesseltine, Scott Hinze, Nicole Raska and Will Klatt. The consent action closes routine business and allows staff to proceed with budgetary and administrative tasks reported elsewhere on the agenda.
