Abby Hancock reviewed the district’s curriculum resources and explained the implications of House Bill 1605 and the State Board of Education’s IMRA adoption framework for high‑quality instructional materials. She described Pampa ISD’s Tier I–III instructional model, supplemental resources for personalized learning, and how materials support district goals for student experience and outcomes.
