In the Miscellaneous Section the board approved a Texas Department of Public Safety Mutual Aid Agreement for complex emergency response and investigative planning. The motion was made by Casey Phelan and seconded by Marshall Kendrick and passed unanimously 7–0. The board also approved board training completion requirements for the period May 1, 2025 through April 28, 2026.
Trustees set the date for the next regular board meeting for Tuesday, May 26, 2026. The meeting adjourned at 8:32 p.m., as recorded in the public minutes.
