The Pasadena ISD Board approved a construction contract with M Scott Construction, Inc. (MSC) for the 2022 Bond Plumbing Upgrades at Sam Rayburn High School for $2,710,000. The motion was made by Nelda Sullivan, seconded by Joe Campos, and passed unanimously 6 to 0.
The board also approved several credit change orders and allowance expenditure authorizations: AEA No. 15 (New Bailey Elementary replacement) credit of $2,678; AEA No. 001 (CTE Culinary Arts high schools project) credit of $17,550.26; Final Change Order No. 01 (South Houston Intermediate domestic piping) credit of $11,548.87; and Final Change Order No. 001 (Portable Building Re-Roofing) credit of $111,755.42. All were recorded as approved by unanimous vote and were listed under Operations and the Construction/Financial sections.
