The Pasadena ISD Board of Trustees voted unanimously Feb. 24, 2026, to accept the Texas Education Agency 2025-2026 Sustainable Residency Implementation Continuation Grant in the amount of $225,000.
The grant was presented during the Educational Section after spotlights on Special Education and Career and Technical Education. Motion to approve the grant was made by Nelda Sullivan and seconded by Crystal Davila; the vote was 7-0. The district will administer the funds under the Sustainable Residency program rules from TEA.
