Trustee Clint Scheib moved to approve the consent agenda and Dr. Lacey Gosch seconded. The motion carried 5-0 with votes recorded for Donna Gilliam, Lacey Gosch, Dan Reinhard, Melissa Sartain and Clint Scheib. The ranking of contractors under RFP 26-002 included a possible delegation of authority as noted in the agenda item.
