Board adopts non-business days, adjusts meeting dates and approves consent items

Anthony Tanner moved to approve a resolution designating District non-business days for Public Information Act requests for 2025. The board approved the following dates as non-business days: March 6–7; Nov. 19–21; Dec. 19; Dec. 22–23; and Dec. 29–30. The motion passed 6–0.
The board also moved two meeting dates to avoid District holidays, changing Oct. 13, 2025 to Oct. 20, 2025 and March 9, 2026 to March 16, 2026; Aaron Klein made the motion and Cindy Gabehart seconded it. The board approved consent agenda items—including Jan. 13, 2025 minutes, a Low Attendance Waiver and a General Legal Services Agreement—on a single motion by Drew Seidel; the motion passed 6–0.
