Pine Tree ISD board upholds one-year criminal trespass restriction after Level III grievance hearing

The board entered executive session under Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code to view surveillance video and discuss the grievance; the closed session ran from about 7:29 p.m. to 7:57 p.m. Back in open session, Trustee Frank Richards moved to uphold the Level II decision keeping the modified one-year Criminal Trespass order; Trustee Melanie Roudkovski seconded and the motion passed Yea: 6, Nay: 0. Richards noted that procedures would be reviewed.
