Pilot Point ISD board approves 2026–27 instructional materials list

The Pilot Point ISD Board of Trustees voted unanimously to approve the 2026–2027 Instructional Materials List as presented by Assistant Superintendent Alicia Bonnett. Bonnett told trustees the TEA Certification survey confirms the district will continue with currently used core instructional materials and that no new curriculum adoptions were proposed for the coming school year.
"There are no new curriculum adoptions being considered for the 2026-2027 school year and all materials included in this survey are currently being used within Pilot Point ISD," Alicia Bonnett said. The motion to approve was made by Amy McEvoy and seconded by Lora Renfro; the board vote was 7–0 in favor.
