The board authorized the Board President, or another specifically named board officer if the president is unavailable or has a conflict, to execute the Termination Agreement on the district's behalf. The board further authorized the Superintendent, or his designee, to notify the Comptroller and the Appraisal District that the agreement has been terminated, per the motion recorded in the minutes.
