Premont ISD approves consent items, receives budget and cash-flow reports
Summary
Trustees approved the remaining consent agenda items including certification of instructional materials, budget amendments and donations, and received informational financial reports on revenue-to-budget, cash flow, and quarterly investments. Item 4.C (SB546) was pulled for separate action.
At its April 20 meeting, the Premont ISD Board approved the consent agenda items remaining after the board pulled item 4.C for separate consideration. The approved consent items included approval of minutes (4.A), the 2026–2027 Certification of Provision of Instructional Materials (4.B), budget amendments/designated fund balance (4.D), and acceptance of donations (4.E). Trustee Emma V. Falcon moved to approve the remaining consent items; Jo Ann Pena seconded and the motion passed unanimously.
Separately, the board received informational reports on comparison of revenue to the budget (year to date), the district’s cash flow, and quarterly investment reports. No action was required on those informational items, which were presented by Administration.
