Council approves budget amendments to accept hazmat grant and opioid settlement funds

The council also approved Resolution 2025‑113 to recognize $54,919.43 in revenue from the National Opioid Settlement and authorize spending for training and equipment for first responders consistent with approved uses. Both resolutions were moved and adopted without recorded opposition.
