The Development Review Board voted to continue two related Habitat applications to the April 21 meeting to allow time for detailed revisions and staff analysis.
The board voted to continue SD2601 (final plat to subdivide 36.2 acres into 34.2-acre Lot 1 and 2.0-acre Lot 2) so staff can prepare a memo on options if the official map right-of-way is not shown and the applicant can supply revised plans. Later in the meeting the board also continued SP2607 (site plan for three four-family buildings on the 2.0-acre lot) to the same April 21 date so the applicant can submit a complete resubmittal with landscaping, stormwater, utilities, and other outstanding items.
Both continuance motions were approved by voice vote; the transcript records members saying "Aye" but does not provide a roll-call tally by name. Staff set submittal deadlines so planners can circulate updated materials in advance of the continued hearing.
