Navarro ISD board names AGCM program manager for 2026 bond projects

Trustee Becki Stephenson moved that the Board approve AGCM as program manager based on demonstrated competence and qualifications and delegate authority to the superintendent to negotiate and execute a contract in a form approved by legal counsel. Trustee Dan Reinhard seconded the motion. The motion carried unanimously: "VOTE: 5-0; motion carried."
The approval delegates contracting authority to district staff and legal counsel will review and approve the final contract form before execution. No dollar amount for the program management contract was specified in the motion recorded in the minutes.
