Bartlett shows GoGov reporting and inspection outcomes; most code cases do not become tickets
Summary
The portal includes a GoGov code‑enforcement display. Presenters said most initial reports do not result in tickets: of the year-to-date cases cited, roughly 80 of 545 were determined not to be violations and July numbers show most issues were corrected after reinspection.

Katie demonstrated how the GoGov reporting feature lets residents submit complaints and how code officers use reports to open cases. She described the inspection workflow: initial inspection, reinspection, final inspection, and adjudication tickets when violations are not corrected.
"About 80 out of 545 from the overall current year were determined to not be a violation," Katie said, and she walked trustees through July figures: 35 violations were corrected after reinspection, 11 were not; of those 11, 2 were corrected after final inspection and 5 were not, which would lead to tickets. Presenters emphasized the portal helps transparency by showing where cases were initiated and how they progressed.
