Residents urge improved access to meeting materials and ask for patrols after plow and speed-bump problems

They also record her request that accounts-payable handouts be made available without requiring a public records request, and her request to avoid plowing in a way that blocks hydrants.
The minutes do not show council response or a staff commitment on any of these items.
