"We won't get an update on whether or not they get the state tax credits until early part of '26," staff said, explaining that both projects depend on those awards. Staff added that if tax-credit awards are received, the projects would return to local entitlement and permitting tracks and that the city would post those items on future planning commission agendas as they develop.
No formal action was taken; commissioners received the status report and asked staff to continue monitoring project progress and to report back when awards or tentative agreements occur.
