Commission discusses unusual right-of-way ownership near Blader Boulevard

City staff (S6) responded that this type of historical paperwork issue is not unique to Lindstrom and noted the city treats these situations on a case-by-case basis. The discussion highlighted title and right-of-way complexities some property owners face when seeking permits or making improvements adjacent to former roadbeds.
