Community Development Director Rafi updated the commission on the Harvest project in southeast Dixon, saying the city issued an incompleteness letter requesting additional information and remains in the review phase.
Rafi said staff and consultants have been collecting information, meeting with Superior Farms and the applicant to discuss land uses and screening, and are preparing the municipal service review (MSR) required by LAFCO prior to annexation. He announced a community recap meeting for Harvest scheduled for March 27, 5:30–7:30 p.m. at the senior center and provided an email contact for the project notification list. "We've been finishing up the completeness review," Rafi said, describing outreach and consultant work; he added that engineering consultants are preparing information requirements and that the city is discussing required tax-sharing agreements with the county.
