Council authorizes DARTs FY2027 MDOT application and approves transit agreement addendum with Buchanan

Separately, the council approved an Intergovernmental Agreement addendum for transit service between the City of Niles and the City of Buchanan and authorized the mayor to sign the agreement. Councilmember Timothy Rogers moved and Councilmember Gretchen Bertschy seconded the IGA approval; roll call recorded a single nay by Councilmember Michael Thompson but the measure passed.
