Board adopts FNCD policy family, child nutrition procurement plan and school emergency action plan

The Marlow Board unanimously approved Board Policies FNCD (and related exhibits), the Procurement Plan for Child Nutrition Programs for 2026–27, and the Riley Boatwright Emergency Action Plan at its Aug. 3, 2026 meeting.
Board members voted to adopt board policies listed as FNCD, FNCD‑E, FNCD‑P and FNCD‑R during the Aug. 3 meeting. The motions were made and seconded by board members and carried by unanimous recorded vote, as shown in the minutes.
Later in the meeting the board approved the Procurement Plan for Marlow Child Nutrition Programs for the 2026–27 school year and approved the Riley Boatwright Emergency Action Plan for 2026–27. Those items were moved and carried on recorded votes. The minutes reference attached materials for some consent and procurement items but do not include the attachments in the minutes text.
