The consent agenda, approved on a single roll-call motion, recorded General Fund warrants of $463,899.73 and Building Fund warrants of $473,723.29.
The minutes list a Building Bond Fund of 2022 (Fund 36) encumbrance and warrant each for $1,271,463.00 and Transportation Equipment Bond Fund warrants 1–3 totaling $987,750.00. Board members approved the routine Treasurer's Report and associated utility, maintenance, child nutrition and transportation items. The motion to approve the consent agenda was made by Cody Bannister and seconded by Karmen Farmer and recorded as carried with five "Yea" votes (Bannister, Choate, Farmer, Johnson, O'Neal).
The board also approved a $65 transfer from the Child Nutrition Activity Fund to the Child Nutrition Fund for 2026–27. That transfer was moved by Karmen Farmer and seconded by Larry Johnson. No dissent or abstentions were recorded.
