The Village of Wardsville Board of Trustees took several routine actions at its Aug. 5 regular meeting. Trustees approved the minutes from the July 1, 2026 meeting (motion by Brian Schrimpf; second by Mark Buschjost), accepted the July 2026 treasurer's report (motion by Rachel Busche; second by Brian Schrimpf), and voted to pay outstanding bills (motion by Rick Taube; second by Mark Buschjost). Each motion was recorded as carrying unanimously.
Rachel Busche made the motion to adjourn the meeting at 7:25 p.m.; Brian Schrimpf seconded. The Board noted the minutes were not yet approved for final filing and would be approved at the Sept. 3, 2026 meeting.
