Storm sewer contract with Missouri American Water returned for amendments; counsel will review

Clerk Libby Chipman told the Board Aug. 5 that the storm sewer contract sent to Missouri American Water is being amended by the company. She said Byron at Missouri American Water is making several changes and will return the contract for Village counsel David Bandre' to review before it is presented again to trustees.
The Board did not take any formal action on the contract at the Aug. 5 meeting; Chipman said the revised draft will be routed to counsel and placed on a future agenda after legal review. No contract language or financial terms were disclosed in the minutes.
