The City of Sedan special meeting on Feb. 6 began at 5:30 PM with Mayor Bryan Blankinship presiding and council members Sharon Payne, Adam Clark, Janice Fine and Angela Evans present (Kathy Miller absent). The meeting was convened for interviews for the Public Works Superintendent position; employees Lana Robinson and Raven Darnall and candidates Caleb Ironsyde and Kolby Gorby were recorded as present.
The council approved the agenda (motion by Angela Evans, second by Adam Clark) and used a series of executive sessions to discuss personnel matters before returning to open session and taking final action. "At 6:31 PM, Angela Evans made a motion to adjourn the meeting. Adam Clark seconded the motion. Motion carried and meeting adjourned," the minutes state.
