BZA OKs fenestration changes at 11–13 Goodman Road with neighborhood‑district conditions

The Mid‑Cambridge Neighborhood Conservation District Commission had issued a certificate of appropriateness on Feb. 13, 2024; the BZA read that certificate into the file, required that work conform to the dated drawings and made the certificate's six‑month commencement clause a condition of its approval. The motion carried 5–0.
